YARN Storm Community Art Project is working to transform Haslingden Library into an ‘Enchanted Forest’.
The knitting group has asked for help to reach its goal of 1,000 knitted, or crocheted, leaves by the beginning of December. It has so far created 300 colourful leaves.
Suggested patterns are available at the library, and on the Yarn Storm Facebook page.
The library will be holding workshops this month for people of all ages who would like to take part in the project.
