BLACKBURN with Darwen Council is looking for potential adopters.
The borough has 35 children waiting for adoption, ranging from six months to eight years, 30 under five. The council is hosting events to promote adoption and celebrate National Adoption Week.
Council children’s services boss Frank Connor said: “I urge anyone considering adoption to apply this November, and give a child in our care a loving home.
“The process is open to everyone.”
