MARTIN Shackleton, 42, of Ellesmere Avenue, Colne, admitted possessing 114 milligrams of heroin, at Colne, on August 14. Shackleton, who has been out of trouble for six years, was given a 12- month conditional discharge, and must pay £85 costs, and a £15 victim surcharge.
