HEALTH chief Martin Hill said a major NHS reorganisation had helped caused ‘many many problems’.
The acting chairman of East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust said the recent government-led shake-up, in which primary care trusts were abolished and their commissioning roles
handed to GP groups, had added to the difficulties caused by increasing financial pressures.
