JOEY English is facing trial at Burnley Crown Court on January 29.
The defendant, of Blackwood Court, Stacksteads, denied having an offensive weapon, a knife, on Cutler Lane and affray, on June 29. He was bailed on condition he lives at his given address, does not contact witnesses and does not enter Bacup, except for pre-arranged appointments.
