CARL Speed, 29, of Clayton Street, Colne, appeared before Burnley magistrates, accused of possessing an offensive weapon – a claw hammer – on Midgeley Street, on June 27.
He did not indicate a plea.
He was bailed until a hearing at the crown court on November 11 and must not contact witnesses.
