A MINI-GOLF course and potential fountains in the lake are among several ideas being drawn up to develop facilities at Chorley’s Astley Park.
People can have their say on the future of the park at a series of exhibitions being held at Astley Hall throughout August.
The exhibition will be open in Astley Hall from Saturday to Wednesday each week until August 31 from noon to 4.30pm and there will the opportunity for people to make comments.
Council officers from the parks and open spaces team will be present on the last Saturday of the exhibition to talk through the proposals and to answer any questions.
The ideas for improvements over a five year period include footpath lighting in the park, temporary events, an additional new play area and an additional car park created on Southport Road for events parking
