A 29-YEAR-OLD Haslingden man ‘kicked off’ outside the accident and emergency department at Royal Blackburn Hospital.
Blackburn magistrates heard Garth Anthony Rowbottom was warned twice by a police officer to moderate his language and his own father told him to apologise for his behaviour.
Rowbottom, of Kirkhill Avenue, pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour.
He was fined £200 with £105 costs.
Rowbottom said he put his behaviour down to a high level of stress.
“I’m sorry for my actions,” said Rowbottom.
