CLARETS fans are to take charge of the matchday music this season.
Supporters will be asked to nominate five favourite songs which will help shape the matchday sounds for each game.
The club will then ask one first team player to match that by naming his five selected tunes.
Finally, the club will play one track from a local band to complete the 11 tunes that will form the complete matchday mix tape.
The lucky supporter chosen and the playlist will then be announced on the club’s social media channels the day before the game, and the names and choices will appearance in the matchday programme, Claret and You, and on the big screen.
Nominations can be made via the club’s Facebook or Twitter accounts using the hashtag #MatchdayMix.
