A COLLEGE with an East Lancashire campus is set to triple the size of its animal academy after securing a £1million grant.
The cash, from the Skills Funding Agency’s College Capital Investment Fund, will go towards Myerscough College’s £3million Bilsborrow campus redevelopment.
The college has a centre in Witton Park, Blackburn, which provides facilities to study land-based subjects and sports.
Ann Turner, the college’s chief executive and principal, said: ‘’This is significant further investment in the campus, supporting an area of increasing student numbers and upgrading their facilities.’’
