A COLLEGE, which has a campus at Witton Park, in Blackburn, is strengthening its links with Lancashire Constabulary by offering two short equine courses.
Myerscough College is offering the sessions, which are open to anybody aged over 12, at the force’s mounted branch at Hutton.
Participants will work with police stable yard staff to gain an understanding of the theoretical and practical elements involved in owning and caring for the animals.
