MORE than 50 children were given a taste of different sports at a family event at Blackburn Rovers Indoor Centre.
The Kids Aloud day, organised by the Creative Support office for Blackburn with Darwen, was for children and families who are currently supported by Child Action Northwest and the Blackburn Young Refugee Project.
There were taster sessions in football, cricket, badminton and dance.
Those who expressed an interest in taking up one of the activities was offered funding and membership opportunities through local clubs.
