BOSSES said North West Ambulance Service consistently delivered on its key emergency targets last year.
Chief executive Bob Williams said: “I can confirm that the position across the North West is significantly better than most of the rest of the country in terms of patient handover and ambulance turnaround times, due to the significant efforts and collaborative work with providers, commissioners and the Strategic Health Authority.”
