AN allegation that Farhad Mohammed Qazi, 25, of Arthur Street, Brierfield, conspired to commit fraud by persuading elderly people to give him their pin numbers, and then hand over their bank cards, was adjourned by Blackburn magistrates.
Victims of the alleged frauds were from Hyndburn, Blackburn, and Rossendale, and the offences are alleged to have taken place in July 2012.
