I suppose being an atheist, Malthus (Letters, April 13), you won’t have any “fairy stories” to tell – pretty boring, really.
What’s the harm of a school period lesson a week on science, creation and religion? They are interesting, topical subjects.
Without creationism, you wouldn’t have been born, for we are fearfully and wonderfully made and the Earth would not have been formed.
You cannot separate creation from science, for creation is applied mathematics and physics, which keeps our planet and the vast universe in order, controlled by a genesis creator God. Now religion, that came after science and creation and may not have done a great deal in providing God with any favours.
