Matloob Hussain Shah has been sentenced to four months in jail (so I guess he'll serve about six weeks) and he’s paying the money back at £17.70 per week.
If my maths are correct that’s less than £1,000 annually and, unless he lives to be over 105, the debt will never be paid off.
He must be laughing up his sleeve!
