Heritage Open Days this year are from September 8 to 11 to celebrate England’s fantastic architecture and culture by offering free access to properties that are usually closed to the public or normally charge for admission.
From October they will be co-ordinated by a consortium of the National Trust, Civic Trust and The Heritage Lottery Fund.
What is Blackburn with Darwen Council doing to support this National Event?
I personally would like access to the Georgian building at the bottom of Montague Street before it is demolished.
