IN reply to the letter ‘Travellers need a place to live’ (Opinion, July 16), if this particular person had any respect for the site that they settled on and left the site in a clean and tidy condition instead of a tip and eyesore every time they left there, and maybe if they behaved themselves, the councils might let them stay a while.
The person who wrote the letter said that they were treated like dirt.
Well, if they practise what they preach, things could be different.
