I heartily endorse what Jack Straw wrote in his Lancashire Telegraph article about the new market hall in Blackburn.
It is spacious, convenient, user-friendly and varied in content, and it complements the new shopping facilities admirably.
This is a good example of local authority and private enterprise working together successfully.
