Maybe I am being uncharitable or cynical but I can’t help but feel that the remorse expressed by cat and rabbit killer Jason Metcalfe (LT May 28) is the remorse most law breakers trot out in court once they have been caught.
Its value will only be tested once he is back out on the streets.
I am not holding my breath.
