WHAT a heat warming story (LT, June 25) about war veteran Ted and young singer Grace O’Malley.
A fantastic concert on Friday night from all involved, what a future that child has.
Just gone 12 and she held the audience spellbound!
Song after beautiful song, Covent Garden here she comes. Such power and passion in her voice.
She raised well over £1,000 for a great cause, also raised money for Help the Heroes, Pendleside and Royal British Legion.
The last few months we in Padiham are very proud of Grace O’Malley.
She switched our lights on last year and sang Abide with Me, Mr Davidson mentioned was breathtakingly beautiful!
We all cried!
At the remembrance service, there was a very well deserved standing ovation at the end for her.
Wonderful night.
