REGARDING recycling (via) the grey bin. While I was out for a walk last Thursday, the environment men were working in Little Harwood.
Some of the bins were full to overflowing. I noticed that plastic, metal and glass were not being washed, rinsed and dried before being placed in the grey bin. Surely it would be more hygienic.
I am in the habit of washing all my metal, glass and plastic before placing it in the grey bin. A little thought that occurred to me as I watched the men at work.
