I WOULD like to know why Network Rail is going to pay big bonuses to its top executives, after making a pre-tax loss of £232 million.

This is the same Network Rail that should have solved the problem with the rain leaking on platforms two and four at Blackburn Station, but didn't get it fixed when the station was getting its revamp done.

Now Network say they will have to wait until the track needs replacing and that could be years yet.

To me it is diabolical that people have to get wet waiting on platforms two and four when it should be fixed ASAP.
