I MUST congratulate Blackburn Liberal Democrat Salim Lorgat for defeating Labour councillor Tahir Mahmood in Audley ward in the elections.
The people of Audley have a councillor who represents all communities in the area and not taking one particular community for granted when voting in the local elections.
