SO, Blackburn with Darwen Council has put up our council tax again, for what? So they can put up more useless rubbish in the town.

For instance on Church Street. Just what are they supposed to represent?

I am referring to the giant boulders going on to Darwen Street.

Oh, the monumental fountain is quite nice, especially as it is coming summer. I suppose you could say it's money down the drain!

Why use our tax money on old people's homes and other vital things, more important than stupid unnecessary ornaments?
