MR Kenyon, of Livesey Branch Road complained about receiving a parking ticket for parking to unload shopping for five minutes.
I take it that there are yellow lines outside his house. Were they there when he bought his house? If so, he has nothing to complain about.
Why is it when anyone gets a ticket it is always five minutes that is quoted?
The parking restrictions are in force for a good reason. What would he be saying if his wife had to cross the road and was injured by another vehicle because of a parked car?
Don't get me wrong, I do not love traffic wardens nor am I one but don't moan when you get caught, you were guilty, accept it.
