I AM trying to trace my ancestors. I have managed to trace my great, great, great grandfather Thomas Rushton who lived and worked as a farm bailiff at Dunmow Hall, Newton, in the Ribble Valley.
His wife was Ester Rushton, formerly Daines. I want to know roughly when he as born and where, and also the date of his death and where he is buried.
He had a son Issac Thomas, who was born at the lodge on August 19, 1870. I don't know whether he had any more children, or what happened to them if he did.
I do know that Issac Thomas, my great, great grandfather moved to Belmont Village.
I am also interested in tracing my great, great grandmother Louise Rushton, formerly Williams who was Issac Thomas Rushton's wife and who came from Wales. I don't know which part and would be grateful for any information from readers who can help me.
