JACK Straw said in a LET article last week that he had sympathy for Tessa Jowell.
Well, Jack, I have no such sympathy whatsoever!
I don't believe that she didn't know what her husband's affairs were especially when large sums of money to pay off their mortgage were concerned.
Jack Straw criticises the media for their involvement in the case, but I for one wish to thank the media for all their efforts in bringing to public attention yet another scandal involving one of Tony's cronies.
People in public office should set examples to the rest of us and really be "whiter than white" all the way through and not just "whiter than white" on the surface.
Without the media, people would escape scrutiny and be able to abuse their positions. So, please join me in thanking the media once again.
