NOT so many weeks ago a grandfather was taking his granddaughter out for the day in her toy car whereupon they were stopped by a policeman who informed the grandad that the vehicle should be driven in the road and should be taxed as it was a motorised car.
The grandfather thought he was joking, but he was informed that the policeman was right, it is a motorised vehicle.
If this is the case then all those who are driving invalid buggies should also come under the same ruling.
