Great, isn’t it, a new bus service, low-floor easy access, and a bus every 10 mins for Whalley Range.
It’s a shame that when the guy in the wheelchair gets to Blackburn, he won’t be able to get on the double decker bus to get to Blackburn Hospital.
Maybe he should get the inspector to push him up there.
