On Sunday, me and my sister missed the last bus to Blackburn from Preston, it was 11.30pm, we only had our bus passes and we were going to stay overnight in the bus station and get the first bus the following morning but they locked the station up, so we couldn’t stay. Then we bumped into a security lady and explained our situation and she kindly said if we waited till the end of her shift at 12pm, she would drive us to Blackburn.
In the meantime another bus came in and two more girls were unable to get to Blackburn, so she took all four of us even though she didn’t live in Blackburn.
Once again thank you, you were a life saver, I don't know what we would have done with you.
JAMES HAWORTH, Percy Street, Blackburn.
