REGARDING the story about the incident where Kelly Duxbury visited her family grave to find a pile of soil on it (LT, November 20).
I know the upset and distress it can cause because I have exper-ienced it myself.
My husband was buried on June 2 this year and the next day everything was fine but on June 4 the grave was covered by a big pile of soil. The flowers were just thrown on the grass behind.
I went to speak to workers and got the same attitude as Kelly Duxbury.
I am not saying all the workers are the same but when you are in distress after losing a loved one it doesn’t help matters.
