MY husband recently had an emergency visit to the Blackburn Royal after a heart attack. The ambulance crew gave him the vital prior treatment necessary with speed, compassion and diplomacy.
We were then delivered to the assessment area where the same type of service was received and then he was transferred to Room B18 where yet again, he experienced the same efficiency and respect.
During my husband’s stay he was attended to by many staff, all of whom gave the wonderful service we shall always be grateful for. What can one say to the professionals who have saved a loved one’s life? Thank you seems inadequate. We salute you.
J M Copeland (Mrs), Langham Road, Blackburn.
