I WONDER if other readers have encountered recent similar experiences to mine within the healthcare system?

I’ve had requests for a blood test lost, and then had long delays for the eventual results. I’m told I’m being referred to hospital only to find out weeks later that one had never been done, a scan nearly being cancelled because the wrong paperwork had been sent, meaning a delay of many weeks and there have been numerous prescription errors too. And then they wonder why I still feel unwell. It’s a mystery to me!
