COUN Alan Cottam has insulted the thousands of honest, hard-working pensioners who made this country the greatest in the world.
Now, apart from thinking twice before we turn on gas and electricity, we’ve got, according to him, to think twice before we use our bus passes.
What about the younger disabled people? Have they got to think twice? And what about the thousands of pensioners who don’t use the buses, either because they have cars or they can’t get out of the house at all. Should they get a refund?
