WELCOME to the latest piece of street furniture on Whalley Range in a bid to create a focal point.

What a waste of taxpayers money again.

I and no doubt many others would rather welcome a decent new toilet block to be a focal point for everyone to benefit from.

The loss of the one on the Boulevard should not have been allowed to happen. It was essential for travellers on buses, taxis and trains.

That would have been money better spent!

I've seen people studying the Church Street street art with the expression of What is It?

I came to Blackburn in 1970 but I prefer the old Blackburn with personal shops, a decent market and not a jobsworth parking attendant to be seen.
