WHEN I opened my copy of the Lancashire Telegraph and saw to my utter amazement the pasta sculpture planned for Whalley Range, Blackburn, I immediately checked the date thinking I had lost February and March and had gone straight to April 1.
Surely it is meant to be an April 1 spoof?
How can people supposedly running this town spend money on such a worthless object when surely there are many more pressing needs in the town which could benefit from a cash injection?
