MY fiancee and I have for the past 10 weeks endured Hyndburn Home's housing improvements.
We are at the moment without a cooker or washing machine, and our flat is generally upside down.
Despite numerous phone calls and promises, we are currently 10 weeks into the programme, still living this way.
We were told when the work began that it would only take about five weeks, yet some weeks we haven't seen anybody. On a couple of occasions, we have had builders out and they haven't done any work.
We are both hard working and pay our rent and council tax every month, so why have our lives been disrupted so much, with so little return?
Not only that but they have ruined our carpet into the bargain.
We would like some answers, and some action, pleased Hyndburn Homes.
