THERE are people who complain about too many rules and regulations (and if you drive you get double the dose).
Sadly the amount of "don'ts" is directly proportional to the numbers of criminals, the anti-social behaviour and idiots at large in society.
With common sense (like not driving whilst on your mobile and obeying speed limits) in short supply we have to cater for those who on one hand demand civil liberty' and on the other abuse it day in, day out without checking their own conduct.
