I ATTENDED Crosshill Special School, Blackburn, between 1993 and 1994 and am glad it has been saved from closure.
In a recent article (LT November 22, I read about the school's excellent Ofsted report.
That brought back memories and it was a delight to see. Well done to all the staff and pupils who fought to keep the school open.
I was able to learn a lot at the school and can only imagine that it is continuing to play a key part in helping thousands of children who experience difficulties with learning and behaviour to excel.
