I AM writing a letter of thanks to the A&E staff at Royal Blackburn Hospital.
On November 13 I had an accident at home which required stitches and so I visited the A&E at Blackburn.
Before my wife had parked the car (about five minutes) I was receiving treatment.
I really couldn't have been cared for any better if I had been royalty.
The doctor was extremely professional. She explained everything to me as she proceeded and carefully monitored my condition throughout the whole procedure.
She is obviously a person who enjoys caring for people. And what a neat job!
Can I thank also the staff nurse and the two trainees who assisted.
A nasty incident turned out to be quite a rewarding experience.
