I AM a season holder at Blackburn Rovers, and I can't help but notice on matchdays the amount of horse droppings left on the roads and pavements around the Ewood area.
If my mum and dad let our dog foul the streets and did not clean it up, they would be fined £500 or more.
I am not saying that the police officer on the horse should get off and clean the mess up, but there are plenty more police officers around Ewood stopping traffic etc. who could do it. All it takes is a shovel and some buckets kept in the back of a police van.
I am sure the people who live round Ewood are sick of the matchday mess and would appreciate it if some form of cleaning up was done after the match.
