I AM a Burnley fan living in Blackburn and I must add my support to the Blackburn Rovers fan in his or her condemnation at adopting claret-top wheelie bins.
Maybe the answer would be to make the wheelie bin lids blue and white quarters, making it obvious where to put the "rubbish."
