I AM writing to ask for support against the introduction of claret top wheelie bins for Blackburn.
The council has no idea what this means to the people of Blackburn, especially Rovers fans.
So all the passionate Rovers fans need to write in to the council and object, otherwise we'll be ridiculed for ever by you know who fans.
