I AM writing in support of sacked postman Chris Eccles, as the quotes about him appear to be all one-sided.

As a Royal Mail worker for several years, most of us seem to get on with one another.

There are remarks about one another, which we accept and don't bear a grudge.

If any remarks are made, surely one should be able to take it, as we did in the early years.

I remember the Irish got a lot of stick but they didn't moan and go to tribunals.

It now all appears one-sided and one daren't say anything.

Most of us are not racist. I don't agree with the sacking of Chris and a lot of my colleagues agree with me.

I say get on with the work without all the moaning.

If everyone was like this over words nobody would be friends and that is pathetic.

Chris should be reinstated.

A Royal Mail Worker.
