AS an avid fan of Accrington Stanley it mystifies me why we have such a low home crowd.
It is a great family club and a friendly club. There is a supporters’ club to join and websites for having discussions or a laugh.
There are around 80,000 people in the local area so we should be able to muster a home crowd of 2,000 at least.
Otherwise I have to wonder how long we can keep the gates open. It would be a tragedy if it came to that. I know people have loyalties to the other local clubs like Blackburn Rovers and Burnley who also need the support.
If we want a club in Accrington to progress then we must support it. Come along and bring a friend or the family. There are many offers on tickets so just ring the club. The local club needs you to attend for moral and financial support.
