Smoking rules are backwards
RE, Blackburn smokers enjoy cigarette at Ewood Park for first time since smoking ban So on the one hand, a common-sense move to give smokers somewhere to go. On the other hand, a totally bonkers rule that e-cigs are banned in the grounds.
A bit of joined up thinking would not go a miss. E-cigs are harmless.
