38-point driver should be jailed
RE, Blackburn motorist with 38 points on her licence still driving I keep saying it The only way to ensure that driving bans are enforced is to send the banned driver to prison, easily sorted.
If these drivers hadn’t been banned find out why and sack the person responsible for not enforcing the law.
