I was reading in a Sunday newspaper that Myra Hindley asked for permission to undergo hypnosis to find the remains of 12-year-old Keith Bennett.
It seems that Home Secretary Douglas Hurd did not approve Myra Hindley’s requests.
Later, Hindley was too ill for therapy. The government later changed its mind. It was too late.
I feel it was a mistake not to let Myra Hindley try hypnosis to try to find the body.
The only way forward now I feel would be if Ian Brady agreed to try the hypnosis Myra Hindley was not allowed to do.
It’s only a slim chance, but could it work?
