RE: Zero-hour contracts at 'heart of crisis' claims Haslingden and Hyndburn MP.
I would be interested to see who voted against this bill. Graham Jones is right when he says this goes to the heart of the cost of living crisis.
I thought the days of people scrabbling for a day’s work were long gone. The Tory-led coalition has taken this country back 70 years. Their arrogance is beyond belief. Money, money, me, me is the only thing they know. Just look how much house prices have shot up since they offered to help with mortgage deposits. I just hope people don't buy at these inflated prices. This bubble will burst just the same. People are being oppressed again. Time to push back at bad employers and support work colleagues in their struggle to defend their hard won rights. We need proper unions now more than ever. For those that think the unions were out of control I urge you to look around you and see who is making all the money.
